Confidence is simply a choice and the more often you "choose" to be confident, then confidence becomes a habit.
Here are some thoughts about how to develop the habit of being confident:
You hear coaches and athletes talk about how it's all about confidence and the more confident you are, the more success you'll have.
Which one is correct?
(a) Results lead to confidence
(b) Confidence leads to results
Answer : Both! Both work interchangeably.
The thing about confidence is that it is simply a feeling that is generated by a decision. If you REALLY want to feel confident, just DECIDE to be confident! It's simple in theory, but it's hard in practice. Why? Your emotions get in the way of your decision making. When you have bad results, you generate the emotion of feeling crappy about yourself, your abilities and/or your self-worth.
